University Health Network (UHN) is moving full steam ahead with their latest project supported by the Greenbelt Fund. They've started using crowdsourcing to identify creative solutions to help them overcome the main challenges in providing local Ontario food to UHN patients.
Three challenges they're discussing over the next two months include:
-
What are your soothing foods when sick or injured?
-
How might we change the way staff think of food in patient care?
-
How might we use local food to generate revenue?
Do you eat food? Then you have an opinion! Check out what they've been up to with their Talkin' Local Food project and take part in the conversation - follow the link here.
