Ontario Food Preserves Project – George Brown College, Centre for Hospitality and Culinary Arts

George Brown Colleges’ Centre for Hospitality and Culinary Arts not only increased the amount of Ontario food used in their teaching facility, but also created a food processing and preserving operation that educated chefs on how to serve Ontario fruits and vegetables all year round.
