Suited for those who are both familiar to the area as well as those visiting for the first time, this excursion provides a glimpse of the beautiful Niagara Region and the culinary delights it holds. The tour includes the Upper Canada Cheese Company in quaint Jordan Village with a visit to their dairy and aging rooms and an overview of their work in supplying public institutions. The tour also involves an opportunity to meet the brewmaster at Silversmith Brewing Company and walk around the converted historic church-turned-brewery. A three-course local lunch will be served at the Good Earth Food and Wine Co. in Beamsville.
