Inspiring Innovation: Creating the Future of Local Food

We need a combination of research, entrepreneurial problem solving, and determination to bring about change in the food and farming industry. From simple strategies to radical change, this group of leaders has taken new approaches to farming practices, identifying market opportunities, harnessing technological efficiencies, and branding and promoting products. The successes highlighted in this session demonstrate that there is no shortage of inspiring innovations happening across Ontario, and beyond.
