The tour will also visit the Food and Culinary Innovation Centre at Niagara College, which provides technical expertise in food and beverage manufacturing, product development and research. The tour also includes an insider’s view of an organic and biodynamic winery at Southbrook Vineyards and lunch at Southbrook’s Vineyard Bistro.
