The Apples & Entrées workshop was held at the Royal Botanical Gardens in Burlington, Ontario, on January 17, 2013. It brought together Ontario apple growers, processors, distributors, and buyers to discuss how public institutions can spend their food dollars to stimulate innovation in the province's apple value chain.
