Conference Fee Subsidy 

The Greenbelt Fund is pleased to offer a limited number of conference fee subsidies to encourage all of our network to attend. For more information please email and include “Symposium Fee Subsidy” in the subject line.  

Hotel Registration

Queen’s Landing Inn and Conference Centre is the official hotel of the Greenbelt Local Food Symposium. You can confirm your reservation by contacting the hotel’s Reservation Department at 1-888-669-5566 and requesting the “In-House Reservation Line.” You must identify yourself as an attendee of the Greenbelt Local Food Symposium. The Group Reservation number is #1499025. A major credit card, cash, or debit will be needed for hotel booking. In the event that you need to cancel your hotel reservation less than fourteen (14) days prior to the arrival date, the hotel will charge the attendee for one (1) night’s accommodation as a cancellation fee at the Group Rate.

Early Check-ins

Those arriving early for the tours portion of the Symposium are welcome to store their luggage at the front desk.

Business Services

All participants have full access to the Queen’s Landing Library, which comes equipped with desktop computers, internet access, plug-in stations, desks, and a printer. Catch up on e-mails, print a document, or use the seating area around the fireplace for quiet conversation or networking.


Complimentary wifi is provided for the duration of the Symposium. Please use access code “resort” to log in.

Directions + Parking

There is ample parking on-site, and is free for guests staying overnight.
