Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada Announces Sustainable Weed Management Investment
On February 22, 2012, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) announced a funding investment of $236,900 from the Canadian Agricultural Adaptation Program (CAAP), to encourage sustainable weed management practices on Ontario vegetable farms. This project, led by the Ontario Processing Vegetable Growers (OPVG), will determine the effect of residual herbicides on cover crops.
